Kimberley Flooding: Kimberley Road Freight Request Form

The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley have created an online form for local businesses to access for freight to be transported to Derby while the road network is under reconstruction.
This form must be filled in and submitted by 11AM each day for collation if you have freight ready for shipping.

4. Click on “Complete Our Survey”
5. Complete Kimberley Road Freight Request Form and submit by 11 AM daily
