Founded by West Kimberley-based counsellor and mediator Astrid Gerrits, HumanKind NW draws on years of working closely with local people and communities and brings together experienced practitioners across the region.

Whether you're a small business needing occasional support or a larger organisation looking after a whole team, we're here to help. From employee counselling and support for managers to workplace conflict, mediation and wellbeing initiatives, our services are flexible and available as needed, from one-off assistance to ongoing arrangements.
